Job Description

Responsibilities :
  1. Translating, changing, and creating documents, letters or business correspondence and others. All can be done by translating from English into Indonesian language and vice versa
  2. Arranging minutes meeting so that the results of the meeting are clearly documented
  3. Conducting phone screening sessions, business correspondence and send the documents addressed to Board of Director
  4. Filling company’s original documents in order to keep them systematically documented
  5. Preparing general meetings of the stake holders so it can be carried out according to the state goals
  6. Processing correspondence of the director’s decisions so that the information can be conveyed clearly
  7. Preparing presentations and reports for the Directors so that the presentation can be delivered properly

Qualification :

  1. Maximum 35 years old with good performance and appereance
  2. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from Secretary Academy
  3. Having minimum 5 years experience in similar position
  4. Fluent in English (oral and written/correspondence)
  5. Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable
  6. Proficient in Ms. Office and internet
  7. Having a strong communication skill and customer service orientation
  8. Smart, Independent, Self-motivated, responsible, hard worker, and commit to deadline
  9. Placement in Head Office
