Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of production planners and inventory controllers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and adherence to best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to align production plans with overall business objectives. Coordinate with machine operators and other production staff to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the wood industry.
Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, including machining, cutting, finishing, and assembly.
Proficiency in analyzing production data and using relevant software tools for planning and reporting.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with machine and manpower capacity planning to optimize production efficiency.
