Overview: The Athletics Coordinator at the American Club will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of athletic programming, development, and operations within the club. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive athletic environment. The Athletics Coordinator will work closely with club members, coaches, and staff to enhance the overall athletic experience and promote a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive athletic programs that cater to the diverse interests and skill levels of club members.
· Ability to organize leagues, tournaments, clinics, and other special events across a range of sports.
2. Staff Management:
· Train, and supervise a team of coaches, instructors, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality athletic programs and services.
· Provide ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities to staff members.
3. Facility Management:
· Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of athletic facilities, including fields, courts, pools, and other amenities.
· Ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and well-equipped to meet the needs of club members and program participants.
4. Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the annual athletic budget, including revenue projections and expense tracking.
· Identify opportunities to generate revenue through program fees, sponsorships, and partnerships while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
5. Member Engagement:
· Cultivate strong relationships with club members and stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback regarding athletic programming.
· Collaborate with club leadership to develop strategies for increasing member participation and satisfaction.
6. Community Outreach:
· Represent the club within the local community and establish partnerships with schools, youth organizations, and other sports entities to promote athletic opportunities and expand outreach initiatives.
7. Compliance and Safety:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to athletic programming, including safety protocols, risk management, and insurance requirements. Implement measures to mitigate potential risks and promote a culture of safety among participants and staff.
Qualifications:
· Ability to read, write, and speak both English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
